Company B

Company B is one of Australia's most respected theatre companies under Artistic Director Neil Armfield and General Manager Vicki Middleton. The company's home is the historic Belvoir St Theatre located in Surry Hills, Sydney where it stages a 12 month season of work.

The company also tours frequently within NSW, interstate and overseas. Company B works with Australia's most prominent and promising directors, actors and designers, to present an annual artistic program that is razor-sharp, popular and stimulating.

During the past few years, artists including Geoffrey Rush, Cate Blanchett, Max Gillies, John Gaden, Kris McQuade, Richard Roxburgh, Max Cullen, Bille Brown, David Wenham, Deborah Mailman, Helen Morse and Catherine McClements have all performed with Company B.

Sell out productions like Cloudstreet, The Judas Kiss, Ubu, Gulpilil, Ailwa, Waiting for Godot, Stuff Happens, The Underpants and The Small Poppies, have consolidated Company B's position as one of Australia's most innovative and acclaimed theatre companies.
